Investing in quality childcare is one of the most important decisions a family can make. Below you will find our weekly tuition rates, fees, and payment options.
Weekly Tuition Rates
Rates are per child, per week, and include all meals and snacks.
Potty Trained
Children who are fully potty trained.
Non-Potty Trained
Infants and children who need diapering or potty training support.
Latchkey (Before/After School)
School-age before- and after-school care.
Spectrum Students
Children needing additional individualized care.
Additional Fees

Registration Fee
One-time, per child, non-refundable at registration.

Late Payment Fee
Applied to payments received after the due date.

Returned / NSF Payment
Charged on any returned or non-sufficient funds payment.

Late Pickup Fee
Per family, per minute after a 15-minute grace period.
Payment Schedule
Weekly tuition is due in advance each Monday and is considered late after closing on Wednesday. Monthly payment is available through a 6-month contract at a discounted rate. Biweekly payments are not offered.
Accepted Payment Methods
ACH / automatic bank draft, debit or credit card, certified check or money order, cash (paid directly to administration), and Approved State Child Care Subsidy.
Child Care Subsidy
We proudly accept the Approved State Child Care Subsidy to help make quality care accessible. Contact us to learn how to apply your subsidy toward tuition.
Meals Included
Nutritious meals and snacks are prepared and served throughout the day — breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner — at no additional cost. Dietary accommodations are available.
Important Notes
Tuition is not prorated for absences, vacations, or center closures. A full schedule of policies and fees is available in our Parent Handbook.
